Why buy from Rove Concepts?

At Rove Concepts we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit.
For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

Quality of the wood is spectacular and exactly as you would expect it. The nice part about this is that you can life up the rods from the wooden base in the case you want to modify the color on the rods. Do keep in mind that this is a super heavy piece and you will need several people to lift up the table top. However with two people you'll be able to move the base.

This table is stunning, and I have already gotten a lot of compliments. It is very heavy and sturdy, and nice and modern with the high gloss white glass top. I can see that I will have it for years and years! As it is very heavy, I highly recommend using the white glove delivery service, which I did-- which included unpacking and assembly of the table in my dining room. It took quite a lot of time for the delivery people to finish, so I was happy that I wasn't doing it myself!!

We purchased the Winston rectangular dining table and are very happy with it. We went to the showroom to view it in person first but unfortunately it wasn't available so we utilized the Augmented reality experience to be confident it would look good in our space. Very cool! We've purchased lots of furniture over the years and I find Rove Concepts to be great value and quality. Many inferior tables we viewed elsewhere were priced two or three times as much. We were hesitant about paying a premium for the white glove delivery but it's well worth it for this table. Although easy to assemble, the table top alone is 288lbs! So unless you have at least 3-4 people, spend the extra few dollars and save yourself a hernia.
