Great pieces of furnitures and high quality as well. The loss of a star was due to instruction quality for customer pick up. It took me an hour to figure out where and how to pick up the items. The office which the address provided did not have anyone inside, apparently because the person was in the warehouse behind the office's back. Also, there's no sign to go to the back to pick the items. No one picks up the phone, and there's no direct phone to contact actual person from Rove. I had to walk around, in pouring rain, trying to figure out what, how, and where i should go. Eventually I found a hint after i have to bother the other business neighbour for directions!

Delivery was on time and everything was accurate. Products we ordered was in a very good condition. We are very satisfied overall.

The site has members fees. That would turn down lots of prospective customers. I was one of them. It took me 9 months to decide if I want to order and open the membership with the site. I would like to see free or less membership price.
