Charlotte Bed & White Glove Service
I ordered the Charlotte Storage Bed with White Glove Delivery. I am so impressed with the walnut wood quality, its solid walnut! the storage space is spacious, perfect for putting bedding. The White Glove delivery guys did a sensational job putting this bed together! I'm so happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Looking forward to new bedroom furniture
We've been looking for a new and modern bed for our master bedroom. We thought the Ophelia bed in glacier grey fabric would be a perfect fit and looking forward to getting it delivered and set up. We also have dining room chairs from Rove that take up very little space but are very comfortable.

Round Chairs
I order four “Round Chairs” in natural wood and Monaco cream finish. The online experience itself went smoothly. The chairs look amazing!! (Frankly, the website pictures don’t do them any justice) They are light and extremely comfortable.

No one to answer the phone or chat
I was finishing my order and it wasn’t clear how long I would wait for my in stock item. When I called to ask about this your message said to email and it may take up to 72 hours for a reply. I tried to go on your chat but it didn’t work.
Fortunately by the time I got my reply that the items were still in stock.

I am a fan of Rove
I am a fan of Rove - the products are high end, lovely. Very happy with the design and fabrication. Customer service is a little challenging as the customer service number no longer get's you customer service and the live chat is often not working. I think Rove puts their time and money into the products, not into the soft skills. And they give you 10% of each order in a voucher which is a great loyalty program. You just have to overcome the lack of customer service. Also, if you buy a big item and you don't like it, it's up to you to hire a shipper and get it back to them.

I was surprised to be charged a fee to enter into the trade program but one of my clients absolutely loves the the curved sectional so here I am. Still waiting for the samples, going on a week now.
Hope this is not an indicator of poor quality of customer service and product.

Recent buying experience
Customer service was prompt and informative in chat- that was very helpful in making my purchase.
The host session was fantastic and really helped seal the deal for me. It enabled me ti chat to a real person that could answer all my questions. I have full confidence that the sofa will be exactly as expected.
However, the website was extremely slow and although I’d like to buy additional pieces in future, the delivery charge is high.

Elevated Online Shopping Experience
The shopping experience felt refined and elevated. I can almost imagine how it will feel inside showroom. I was easily able to search for and find what I was looking for. The detailed descriptions, specifically the dimensions, helped me make my final decision.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because there isn’t an option to call and talk to someone.. you have to email the CS team and sometimes it’s just easier to pick up the phone and talk to someone instead of sending a bunch of emails back and forth.

Customer service is hard to reach
Placing my order was easy. But then I received an email that my order wasn't processed. Contacting my "concierge" was not easy - they don't take phone calls. When I finally chatted with a rep, he couldn't/wouldn't help me. I finally had to fill out an online request to reach another rep. My problem WAS solved, but it took way too much effort. (I will write another review after I receive my order)
