Online Chat is Fantastic
The online chat is fantastic for getting quick answers to furniture questions. The associates are quick to respond and well informed. What I am disappointed in are the vouchers - 10% voucher for purchases made that must be used up with six months. I believe that the vouchers should expire when your membership expires. The voucher is really not much of a perk if you don't receive communication reminding you that your vouchers are about to expire. As Designers, these vouchers are not necessarily on our radar - but if we were to receive some sort of communication that they are about to expire then we might actually pivot and see if there are any purchases that we are currently making for clients and go shopping at Rove1

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Lots of communications. I went to schedule the appointment for pickup and had two questions I needed answered so sent an email in which I was quoted a couple of days for a response. It would be great if there was an FAQ that you could prompt people to check so they can get some questions immediately self service. So excited for me product!

Easy to navigate the website, pick what options or preferences you want for your specific product. Added bonus was the free swatches that are quickly sent to you to validate which fabric will work.
LOVED their selection of furniture
LOVED their selection of furniture! Very affordable and definitely love their shipping timelines compared to other companies.
The one frustrating thing that I ran into was their website. At times it wouldn’t let me select a different size or color. I had to exit then reopen or go to different browsers to search for the same item and hope those options would show up.
Outside of that, it would’ve been a clear 5 star rating.
Great visuals & design ideas
The Rove website was easy to navigate and loved the how easy it was to actually select styles, colors, fabrics, and options, and then to visualize it at different angles and settings. Rove’s Lookbook gave us some great design ideas and was very helpful in furnishing our new modern lake home.

Shopping on Rove is a delight. Being able to see the different colors/materials in the picture as you click through is really helpful. Also love the picture schematic drawings with dimensions and measurements instead of just measurements.

We are really happy
We are really happy so far. We ordered the samples, which was free, and it helped us make our final decision. We were hesitant to order online prior, but the possibility to get the samples for free, deliver to us, made the whole experience easy and stress free.
Good design, unexpected costs
Between my initial review and final purchase there was a ~20% increase in price that was unexpected and delayed my purchase. Freight cost is a bit too high in my opinion. Otherwise the products seem pretty well designed and texture samples helped with the decision. Looking forward to receiving my elbow chairs and bedroom dresser.

These sheets are heavenly
These sheets are heavenly! We ordered a second set the day after we slept on our first set. The bamboo sheets are incredibly comfortable. They are a beautiful addition to our bedroom. Highly recommend!
I should take this opportunity to also mention that we received outstanding customer service when there was an issue with a previous furniture order. There was an immediate response and the issue was simply and quickly resolved. This is why we continue to shop with Rove. Great customer service can be hard to come by, but we know we can count on Rove! Thank you!
Unique buying experience
Pros: the Rove concept host program. The host that we were provided was very helpful in helping us make the decision to purchase the sectional we did.
Cons: No existing phone line support. Every single call goes to a voice mail saying you need an appointment to call them. I don’t understand how customer support can see done in a timely manner without an opportunity to talk to support for small questions.
The website is very unresponsive while browsing. Could be better while selecting options and placing the order.
Overall the pros did outweigh the cons because once you get communicating with a host, they are really helpful in describing their experiences. Just be patient because it will take some time to get one assigned.
